Born in 1980, in the eastern part of the Netherlands close to Germany, Joost Visser started as a snare drummer in a local drum band at the age of 7. After a broad path of education in classical percussion, drum kit and latin american percussion he chose to explore the path of a professional musician. He is and has been very successful in many venues in the Netherlands and abroad.
